A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business planning and develop strategic roadmaps for customer product adoption and success
Drive customer retention and adoption by addressing issues and demonstrating the value of solutions
Provide proactive engagement across the customer lifecycle and identify expansion opportunities for core and non-core products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline - Preferred
5 - 7+ years of experience in customer success with a focus on delivering value
Proven ability to act as a business advisor across various products
Experience in building relationships with stakeholders from C-level to end-users
