Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Mid-Market Customer Success team
Lead a team of 6-8 CSMs to deliver exceptional customer value and drive account growth
Own team metrics related to renewal success, account growth, and business value delivery
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing CSM teams in B2B SaaS
6+ years of experience in a customer success role
Proven ability to lead customer-facing teams and manage renewals and revenue targets
High business acumen with experience in aligning with customer executives
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a collaborative mindset
