We are seeking a Contracts Administrator – Level 3 (Principal) or Level 4 (Senior Principal) to join our Payload & Ground Systems - Mission Exploitation Systems team in Aurora, CO. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

Our Contracts Administrator supports proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract closeout activities, contract administration, and customer contact to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer requirements. You will be a member of the program management team, supporting program success and new growth opportunities across the portfolio.

Your Role and Impact

• Act as primary interface with customer for contractual issues. Build and maintain customer relationships even with geographical separation.
• Monitor contract and program to ensure contractual obligations are communicated and understood.
• Participate in contract proposal preparation, negotiations, administration, and customer contract activities to manage assigned contracts per policy and customer specs.
• Work under limited supervision to develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure fulfillment of contract requirements, manage contract changes, and maintain historical information.
• Review terms and conditions to address financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery, warranty, IP, termination provisions, indemnification, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range : $91,200.00 - $136,800.00; Salary Range 2 : $113,500.00 - $170,300.00. Compensation may vary by scope, responsibilities, experience, and market conditions.
