In the Inside Sales / Customer Service position the individual will spend the first 1-2 months acquiring the requisite product knowledge and skills in the plant to transition to an Inside Sales Representative position.
Essential Functions
- Initially to spend the first 1-2 months in our plant working and learning the products.
- Transition to the Inside Sales / Customer Service and become familiar with customers, products, pricing and our high-quality Customer Service strategy.
- Must be proficient in applying industrial and hydraulic hose knowledge to customer applications.
- Must be willing to learn on continual basis as position requires constant update of product knowledge.
- Work in coordination with Outside Sales to service specific customers, assist with special projects and telemarketing.
- Provide 100% of your attention to providing exceptional customer service to each customer daily.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education :
Minimum H.S. diploma, ideal 1-2 years of community college, technical school, 4-year university or military service.
Experience :
2 years of Inside Sales / Customer Service
