• Directing a team of up to 80 : consistent training updates, staff development
• Driving and building sales : create an environment of repeat guests and new guests through word-of-mouth marketing; guest first philosophy demonstrated and instilled
• P&L and budget management : inventory management and cost control

• Experience in high volume fine dining; $12-$15 million annual sales
• Strong tenure - no job hoppers
