The Staff Counsel I manages and resolves the company's collection litigation matters. This role supports corporate compliance with laws and regulations governing debt collection and related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION : Master's or Advanced

FIELD OF STUDY : JD degree from an accredited law school

EXPERIENCE : No legal work experience required

CERTIFICATION(S) : Licensed in the state of MD
