OPERATIONS & CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Parsippany, NJ

Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting for an Operations & Client Service Associate who will play a vital role in supporting our client’s financial advisors, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional service to their clients. This position is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career in the financial services industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs
• Prepare and manage client reports, meeting materials, and account documentation
• Maintain internal systems including CRM databases, cloud file storage, and office procedures
• Partner with our Director of Operations to learn firm processes and compliance practices
• Conduct research projects and assist with business process improvements
• Troubleshoot and manage light tech support and vendor coordination
• Assist in planning client meetings, events, and communications
• Ensure compliance and proper record-keeping practices
• Proactively identify ways to streamline and enhance operations

QUALIFICATIONS

SALARY RANGE

$80K + / - (Based on experience)
