Join our Minneapolis, MN, 55428 team and run world-class folder-gluers on a balanced schedule—2nd or 3rd shift, four 10-hour days each week—so you can enjoy a 3-day weekend. You’ll work with Vega and Bobst equipment to turn flat stock into flawless finished cartons.

Core responsibilities

  • Set up and operate folder-gluer machinery to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
  • Continuously observe performance; fine-tune settings to optimize speed and quality.
  • Perform quality checks and verify parts meet all specs.
  • Complete routine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
  • Partner with your crew to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain an orderly, safe workstation and follow safety procedures.
  • Log production data and escalate discrepancies to management.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation a plus.
  • Prior experience as a Folder Gluer Operator or similar converting role preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort reading job orders and technical specifications.
  • Detail orientation with a focus on quality output.
  • Capable of working independently and in a fast-moving team setting.
  • Effective communicator with a positive outlook.
