Data Practice Director

The Data Practice Director is responsible for defining, growing, and delivering a differentiated data capability at SEP. This role blends strategic consulting, technical expertise, and organizational leadership to build a data-focused offering that complements SEP’s core software development services.While this role does not include direct people management, it is a leadership position with significant influence. The Data Practice Director will provide mentorship, career path guidance, and technical direction to data-focused individual contributors, while also doing the hands-on work necessary to build and evolve the practice.This role has responsibilities in 5 key areas :

1. Practice Development & Strategy

• Define and evolve SEP’s data services offering across data engineering, analytics, platforms, governance, and AI / ML enablement.
• Build and refine a scalable, repeatable data services offering aligned with SEP’s software design & development services .
• Establish internal best practices, delivery frameworks, and quality standards for data-centric engagements.
• Lead by example through hands-on contributions to early engagements and capability-building efforts
