Overview

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Technical Analyst for its Ames location. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and support Epic Resolute Claims and Resolute Professional Billing applications.
• Build and maintain all claims integration and payment systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain claims and remittance workflows.
• Provides on-call services as required.

Education

Days

Monday - Friday - requires willingness to work occasional evening, weekend and holiday hours.

Hours

8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Experience

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
