Key Responsibilities
Establish and evolve key people analytics dashboards and data visualizations
Partner with business leaders to manage analytics-driven workflows and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Advise on data collection, storage, integration, and maintenance for accuracy and integrity
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or business intelligence
Strong technical skills in analytics tools (e.g., Mode, Tableau, PowerBI) and data manipulation (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python)
Experience in automating reporting and building scalable dashboards
Project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of key HR metrics and data governance best practices
