Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic analytics partner to uncover people-related insights
Build self-serve dashboards and reports to track People data metrics
Conduct analyses to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for talent strategies
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in advanced analytics focused on people-based insights
Experience defining data strategy and architecture for People / HR systems
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and reporting capabilities
Expertise in data modeling and pipeline development, including SQL and ETL / ELT
Experience with BI tools to deliver actionable insights and data visualizations
