MarketPro has partnered with a leading, innovative technology company in search of a results-oriented VP of Marketing who is ready to take our brand to the next level!

In this high-impact leadership role, you will lead a talented team across 4 critical areas : Demand Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Sales Development ; assuming responsibility for strategic initiatives that fuel pipeline growth, amplify our presence and product awareness and supercharge sales. As our Global VP of Marketing, you'll architect and execute innovative campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), secure high-value First Meetings, unlock new Sales Opportunities, and deliver measurable Pipeline results.

We're looking for a proven B2B marketing leader with deep expertise in demand generation, who thrives at the intersection of big-picture strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. Experience in mid-market and SMB segments are a plus-especially if you love moving fast to capture growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Set and own a global marketing strategy that aligns directly with ambitious growth plans.
• Build, inspire, and grow a high-performance team spanning Demand Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Sales Development.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, balancing investments to deliver CAC and ROI goals.
• Track and take accountability for key funnel metrics - MQLs, First Meetings, Opportunities Created, and Pipeline Generated.
• Be the glue that drives alignment across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the Executive team.
