Role Description :

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Fulfillment Assistant based in the Lynbrook warehouse. The Fulfillment Assistant will handle daily tasks, including processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Additionally, the role involves regular interaction with the customer service team to resolve order issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Purchasing
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with fulfillment software and systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
