Shift : 6AM - 3 : 30PM Monday - Thursday I 6AM - 2 : 30PM every other Friday

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Assemblers to perform a variety of complex production assembly operations on electronic assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, circuitry boards, panels, drawers, cables, magnetic components, and harnesses. This role involves non-routine and non-repetitive tasks and is the top level for normal progression in assembly work. You will be responsible for meeting defined standards for productivity, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Determine methods and sequence of assembly operations where complete information is not readily available.
• Correctly use wiring diagrams and assembly drawings to create initial layouts.
• Perform wiring, component installation, and hand soldering efficiently, working from assembly drawings or pictorial information.
• Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed units.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test units accurately and efficiently.
• Perform stripping, tinning, or bending parts, and fastening terminal connections correctly and efficiently.
• Use schematics, blueprints, wiring lists, parts lists, and verbal and written instructions to assemble, modify, or reassemble units.
• Train lower-level assemblers.
• Follow all environmental health and safety policies and procedures, modeling safe work practices.
• Contribute to and support a positive and respectful workplace.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 / hr.
