About the Role The MetroHealth System is seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the organization and ensuring its long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute finance strategy in support of the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction.

Provide vision, leadership, and oversight for all functions related to financial management, budgeting, accounting, reimbursement, and more.

Establish and implement policies and procedures related to accounting practices.

Oversee Accounting and Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Enterprise Analytics, Revenue Cycle, Treasury, and Supply Chain.

Promote positive community relationships and serve as an ambassador for the MetroHealth System.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.

Ten years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including managerial accounting, healthcare financial management, medical group practice management, decision support systems, business planning, and mathematical analysis of business problems.

Seven years of supervisory experience in an accounting / financial capacity.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop recommendations and solutions.

Results-oriented individual with excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
