Position : Regional Director of Therapy

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Therapy to oversee and lead therapy services across our Minnesota facilities. This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services, fostering team development, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a proven track record in therapy management and a commitment to enhancing the lives of residents through exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Oversight : Provide leadership, guidance, and support to therapy departments across all facilities in the Minnesota region.
• Clinical Excellence : Ensure therapy services meet or exceed clinical standards and regulatory requirements while optimizing resident outcomes.
• Staff Development : Recruit, train, mentor, and retain talented therapy professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Operational Management : Develop and manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with facility administrators, directors of nursing, and other regional leaders to align therapy services with organizational goals.
• Program Development : Drive innovation by developing and implementing therapy programs and initiatives tailored to meet the needs of residents.
• Performance Improvement : Conduct regular audits, analyze outcomes data, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance therapy services.
