A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Compensation Strategy Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and rollout of annual sales compensation plans and support quota-setting processes
Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends and provide monthly and quarterly reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline compensation workflows and support communication during plan rollouts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Compensation Analysis, Finance, or a related analytical role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with sales compensation tools is a plus
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
Familiarity with SaaS sales models and terminology preferred
