What They’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in real estate or commercial litigation , including contract, title, or property disputes

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediations

Ability to manage an active caseload and meet deadlines efficiently

Texas Bar membership in good standing

What You’ll Do

Handle litigation matters from pleadings through resolution , including trial preparation and appearances

Draft motions, discovery responses, and client updates

Conduct and defend depositions and participate in mediations and hearings

Work closely with clients, title companies, and co-counsel to develop effective case strategies

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality legal services
