We are seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to support international business activities, including event coordination, research, and communication between Japanese and U.S. companies. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, fluent in Japanese and English, and interested in working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with research and gathering information
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Help organize and support events, meetings, and business activities
  • Assist with reports, document preparation, and data entry
  • Provide general administrative support

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in international business and administration.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to handle general administrative duties
  • Interest in international business and collaboration
  • Some domestic travel within the U.S. may be required
  • Work Hours : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break)
  • Work Schedule : 5 days per week (minimum 3 days in-office, up to 2 days remote work)
