They were inspired to start the company after struggling to find adequate support and services. Luminous Pathways is looking for individuals who have a desire to be a good role model and help individuals with intellectual disabilities through today's society. Luminous Pathways provides services to those from age 5 to 100.

Requirements

As a personal assistant, you will be guiding individuals through their daily routines, teaching independence, and helping them to empower their lives. From this position, you may grow and become a behavior technician.
