Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for the growth of our Personal Lines department, which includes three key teams : Sales, Quoting Specialist, and CSR. With a book of $20 million in premium and 6,000 customers, our agency is well-established. The ideal candidate will focus on sales, including cold and warm leads, and account sourcing. We seek a candidate with a few years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation : Handle all aspects of sales, including sourcing new business through cold and warm leads, as well as identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Account Management : Manage accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to policyholder.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the quoting specialist and CSR teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service and coverage options.
