Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and motivated Benefits Consultant to join a team.
Compensation Package
- Salary : $70,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) + commission

Responsibilities
Participate in training programs to gain technical knowledge and understand the business.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.Identify, qualify, and requalify leads to generate new business opportunities.Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.Collaborate with leadership for guidance and mentorship during the onboarding period.Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships and track progress.Travel locally as needed to meet with clients.Qualifications / Requirements
Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or a related field.Licenses : Life & Health (L&H) license preferred; must be willing to obtain if not already licensed.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.Soft Skills :Strong presence and confidence.
