job_description.job_card.job_descriptionParticipate in training programs to gain technical knowledge and understand the business. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads. Identify, qualify, and requalify leads to generate new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients. Collaborate with leadership for guidance and mentorship during the onboarding period. Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships and track progress. Travel locally as needed to meet with clients. Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or a related field. Licenses : Life & Health (L&H) license preferred; must be willing to obtain if not already licensed. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software. Soft Skills : Willingness to learn and adapt. Flexibility and resilience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads.
