In this role, you will collaborate closely with data engineers, data product teams, system reliability engineers, and software developers to create and maintain high-quality documentation that supports our data platform's success. You will play a key role in developing both engineering-focused content covering policies, best practices, and procedures, and user-centered materials that enhance usability, drive user adoption, and support our team's growth in delivering data products and solutions. You will help them to organize and purge documentation in a methodical and efficient manner leveraging tools such as Confluence and other doc repository solutions. What you will be doing :

• Develop comprehensive documentation that adheres to organizational standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy for a wide range of users.
• Gain a deep understanding of data products, services, and technical infrastructure, translating complex information into accessible, user-friendly content.
• Create engaging content that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling user success through clear guidance.
• Build and maintain a detailed repository of reference materials, including research notes,
• usability studies, and design specifications.
• Assess current content for quality and effectiveness, proposing and implementing innovative methods for continuous improvement.
