Key Responsibilities :
Set and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy in alignment with business goalsLead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals across multiple channelsExpand market share and drive revenue growth through proactive pipeline development and customer retentionOversee branding, communications, and product positioning strategiesAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform decisionsCollaborate closely with operations and product teams to ensure alignment between demand and deliveryEstablish KPIs and implement metrics to measure team and campaign performanceRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and with key customer accountsParticipate in strategic planning conversations at the executive level, working directly with the ownership teamQualifications :
Proven track record in senior sales and marketing leadership within a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business developmentStrong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first approachAbility to analyze data, trends, and markets to build forward-looking strategiesExcellent communication and executive presence — comfortable reporting to and advising company ownershipBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
