Overview
Spencer Rigby partners with a high-growth women's health scale-up focused on transforming pelvic-floor disorders. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will be accountable for elevating, growing and expanding the sales organization. This private company has incredible growth plans, and equity is a core component of the compensation plan. You will lead a talent-rich team spread across the Eastern & Central states and spearhead the GTM strategy for revolutionary technology, evolving every aspect of the sales organization with emphasis on Sales Operations, Talent Development and nationwide team growth (including additional layers of sales leaders).
Responsibilities
- Elevate, grow and expand the sales organization; lead the GTM strategy for pioneering medical technologies that require an educational sales approach.
- Spearhead evolution of all sales organization components with emphasis on Sales Operations, Talent Development and nationwide team growth (including adding sales leadership layers).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial strategy and external stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
5+ years' commercial sales leadership experience in medtech or diagnostics.Proven experience building high-performance sales organizations that balance entrepreneurial spirit with operational discipline.Track record leading sales organizations targeting physician office / family practice / outpatient settings.Experience leading GTM execution for pioneering medical technologies requiring an educational sales approach.Strong experience in change management (ideally in process & sales strategy evolution).What you can expect
