Associate Attorney - Litigation

Compensation : 95,000.-125000. / Annually

Our client, a growing insurance-defense firm, seeks an Associate Attorney & Senior Associate , to join our winning team in Alpharetta.

Our candidate of choice will work with a dedicated partner and have opportunities to conduct depositions and mediations as the positions have heavy emphasis on workers' compensation litigation. You will build client relationships with insurance companies / adjusters and provide an excellent customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct depositions and mediations
• Build and maintain client relationships with insurance companies / adjusters
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Assist in civil litigation cases as needed

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

Licensed to practice law in Georgia

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in legal research and writing

Demonstrated experience in litigation

Preferred experience in workers' compensation defense or related fields such as Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney, or Solicitor

Outgoing personality with a keen attention to detail

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

For Associate Attorney Position :

2-5 years of experience in GA Workers' Comp Defense and / or Civil Litigation

Successful candidates will possess transferrable skills from roles such as Assistant District Attorney or Public Defender

No minimum billing requirements

Extensive training provided with an open-door policy

Casual office dress code

For Senior Associate / Partner Position :

At least 5-7 years of experience in GA Workers' Comp Defense

No minimum billing requirements

Extensive training provided with an open-door policy

Casual office dress code
