Showroom Designer, Manager & Sales Consultant Wanted!

Your Day-to-Day

• Ability to create a positive showroom culture and ensure our sales team provides excellence in helping clients love where they live.
• Proven leadership history of managing successful retail sales teams, including training, culture, building, motivating, coaching and celebrating. Experience in Showroom design and or management is preferred.
• Greet walk-ins and guide them through the magic of design and product selection.
• Help customers, contractors, and designers choose cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, fireplaces, and more.
• Bring blueprints to life! Collaborate on designs, measure job sites, and ensure everything is a perfect fit.
• Deliver top-notch quotes and estimates that make customers say, "Wow, you’re good!"
• Build lasting relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners.
• Stay sharp with technology (blueprints, sales tools, inventory software—you’ve got this).
• Keep the showroom looking fabulous and participate in trade shows or special projects.
