We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our growing US Operations Team . In this hands-on, high-impact role, you'll lead on-site installations, directing contractors as the Lead FSE, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customers. You'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless installation experience while maintaining safety, quality, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You'll ensure that our systems are installed correctly, functioning reliably, and meeting customer expectations.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact :

• Act as the on-site lead during new system installations, directing third-party contractors and ensuring high-quality execution
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time, resolving challenges under pressure
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance services across client sites
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and proactively identify potential risks
• Review site layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring feasibility and accuracy
• Write clear and thorough technical documentation, including installation and service reports
• Serve as the face of UVeye in the field, providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations with professionalism and confidence

Compensation :

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses / incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $35 / hr – $44 / hr.
