Overview
Job Description : Pay Range : $28.14hr - $32.14hr
The UX Researcher will focus on designing products with the end-user in mind, using research insights to create useful, user-centered designs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure products meet user needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on brands, culture, products, and marketing to understand user needs and identify opportunities.
- Plan and execute research initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Define research goals, workstream plans, and timelines.
- Deploy appropriate research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field evaluations.
- Collect, synthesize, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Map user journeys, generate user archetypes, and apply human factors and UX / UI principles.
- Create visualizations and communicate insights through storytelling to influence product design and strategy.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate research findings into product design and development.
Requirement / Must Have
Experience with client research, usability testing, and user journey mapping.Knowledge of UX / UI principles and human factors.Ability to collect, synthesize, and analyze data to influence product decisions.Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey research insights.Experience collaborating with Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing teams.Curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions and distill complex inputs.Preferred / Bonus Skills
Proficiency in design thinking methodologies.Ability to identify and implement new research methods or tools.Experience improving speed and efficiency within a UX team.Knowledge of psychology, profiling, and archetype generation.Experience with data visualization to communicate research insights.J-18808-Ljbffr
