The primary tasks of a BDC Agent are, but not limited to : Communicating effectively by telephone and by email with customers, co-workers, and management (this will include both inbound and outbound communications) and to schedule appointments for customers. The BDC Agent continually upgrades the knowledge of dealership products and services for the benefit of the customer.

This job requires sitting for long periods of time, standing, talking clearly, hearing both in person and over the telephone, use of hands to operate office equipment, and must be able to reach with both hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk, bend, or lift up to twenty-five pounds. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Pay Range : $18.00 Plus Commission
