job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGrow the Central Fill client base and drive revenue by identifying and closing new opportunities Educate and motivate sales teams to pursue appropriate new prospects Evaluate and prioritize potential opportunities based on organizational directives Serve as a liaison between internal resources, external vendors, and clients Compile customer-facing proposals and maintain current account records using approved management tools BS / BA from an accredited 4-year university in Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a similar technical field 7-10+ years of experience in capital equipment sales / sales support roles Expert understanding of medication administration processes and medication dispensing systems Knowledge of pharmacy dispensing processes and state laws Ability to travel up to 60% Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications Solid understanding of IT network design principles Experience with robotics and conveyor-based fulfillment operations Ability to interpret and generate CAD drawings Experience in sophisticated capital equipment systems procurement
