GBH RR Desktop Support (2nd Shift)

Overview

Description : Respond promptly to escalated hardware and software support tickets from the outsourced Help Desk. Provide hands-on technical support across hospital departments, including the Emergency Department and surgical areas. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and proprietary healthcare applications (training provided). Deliver exceptional customer service while working directly with hospital staff and patients.
