A leading manufacturer of physical products is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy, product messaging, and go-to-market execution. This newly created role will focus on taking products from concept to shelf , ensuring strong brand visibility, compelling packaging, and effective end-user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies and integrated marketing plans to drive end-user demand.
- Lead product packaging projects , overseeing communications hierarchy and working with internal design resources for execution.
- Collaborate with print vendors and fulfillment partners to deliver launch materials and packaging assets.
- Create in-store marketing activations such as POP displays, videos, and merchandisers.
- Manage and maintain sales collateral inventory and recommend new materials as needed.
- Act as a market intelligence expert , analyzing customer behavior, competitive positioning, and industry shifts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Partner with external vendors to maintain and optimize brand websites .
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.4+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on physical / retail products .Proven experience in product commercialization and developing value propositions.Comfortable collaborating with internal design teams and external print vendors.Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence across teams and leadership.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments .Self-starter with strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.Why This Role
