Job Summary
The Manager, Advanced Development and Initiatives, Advanced Manufacturing, will lead and manage the portfolio of advanced development projects along with other operational and organizational initiatives.
This role will collaborate with all functions within the Global Advanced Manufacturing organization, including engineering, manufacturing operations, global supply chain, quality, and other functions, based on the scope of the projects, and will report to the General Manager of the Global Advanced Manufacturing Organization.
The Manager, Advanced Development and Initiatives, Advanced Manufacturing, is responsible for driving the advancement of capabilities in manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment that enable the transformation of manufacturing processes for new product development.
Key Job Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the Global Advanced Manufacturing strategy.
Enable product development efficiency by identifying and leveraging supply base development expertise in new manufacturing process capabilities.
Lead project management activities related to advanced development and innovation within Global Advanced Manufacturing.
Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and engineering to identify and address systemic causes, implementing lasting solutions in processes and tools to prevent the recurrence of development issues.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
