Key Responsibilities
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing and fulfilling customer requirements
Provide comprehensive software services and direct post-sales technical support for end users and authorized service providers
Utilize proactive monitoring to identify and prevent issues, while maintaining departmental documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in customer support or a related field
Experience with HP products and account management is preferred
Demonstrated competence in technical support and field service management
Knowledge of process improvement and preventive maintenance practices
