• Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership and supervision

• Comfortable managing multi-shift or continuous operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Lean tools and continuous improvement methods
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Lean background
• Financial understanding
