Job Title : Executive Coach (Remote)

WHO YOU ARE :

Arootah is searching for IPEC / ICF certified Executive Coaches to work with our Hedge Fund clients. As an Executive Coach, you will work with high-potential employees to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Use Arootah’s coaching process and proprietary tools and technology with clients to support clients in getting from where they are to where they want to be
• Simplify and clarify goals
• Help the client develop realistic and effective monthly action plans for leadership growth
• Identify internal and contextual roadblocks
• Break apart goals into actionable steps
• Devise a plan of action for each goal
• Provide the client with resources associated with implementing their action plan
• Teach and mirror successful and positive emotional and behavioral techniques
• Evaluate each client’s advancement toward goal actualization
• Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (challenges, breakthroughs etc.)

The hourly coaching rate of pay is expected to be :

Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, skills, specialization, accreditation, and years of experience
