Position Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to support our logistics and operations team. This role is responsible for the accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining organized inventory, and ensuring compliance with all shipping regulations. International shipping experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; record any damages or discrepancies.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments per customer and carrier specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule pickups with domestic and international carriers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with export control regulations and international shipping procedures.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
