Position Summary :

Milan Laser is looking for a dynamic sales-oriented professional with call center experience to join our Client Services team. Our Customer Service Representatives work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails and chat requests from both existing and prospective clients.

Compensation : $17.00 / hr + shift differential (extra $1.50 / hr for bilingual) Location : Omaha, Nebraska, In-Person Status : Full-time, Non-Exempt Schedule : Shifts range from 7 : 00am-10 : 00pm, Day and Evening Shifts available, must be available 1 weekend day.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Responding to communication via inbound / outbound call, text, and email from current clients
• Scheduling treatment appointments and answering billing questions from current clients
• Building relationships with both current clients by providing excellent customer service
• Effectively maintain contact and follow up with current clients
• Communicating regularly with field managers regarding potential and existing client sales & scheduling
• Additional project-based responsibilities
