As a Product Marketing Manager, your mission is to accelerate product usage and adoption by connecting customer insights, data analysis, and scalable enablement strategies. Beyond ensuring customers fully adopt Tractian technology, you will act as a critical evaluator of product launches and competitive activity. This involves measuring the adoption, sales impact, and market fit of features, while also holding Marketing, Sales, and Product Development accountable with clear, data-driven insights.

This role requires someone with an analytical and research-driven mindset who thrives on asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and ensuring that both our product and go-to-market efforts deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Analyze product usage data to identify friction points, adoption drivers, and opportunities for deeper engagement.

Evaluate the success of product launches, highlighting where adoption or sales fell short and proposing next steps.

Run customer research initiatives to validate assumptions and uncover adoption barriers.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate behavioral data and customer feedback into adoption strategies and product improvements.

Build scalable adoption frameworks that reduce reliance on 1 : 1 interventions.

Create data-backed enablement materials for Sales and CS, ensuring they can guide customers effectively through onboarding and expansion.

Ensure that customer insights inform both the product roadmap and go-to-market communication.

Requirements

Strong analytical background with proven experience using product analytics tools.

Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in roles focused on product adoption, growth, or customer lifecycle.

Demonstrated ability to design and execute customer research initiatives.

Proven skills in synthesizing complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

Ability to scale adoption and education initiatives with automation and content.

Cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and CS teams.

Bonus Points

Background in predictive maintenance, IoT, or industrial technologies.

Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A / B testing.

Experience in product-led growth environments.

Comfortable presenting insights to leadership and diverse audiences.
