Job Description :

What we're looking for :

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation (3-month Contract) . This role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday solutions to support HR and Compensation processes, with a strong focus on a Sales Job Architecture Restructure initiative . The analyst will collaborate with HR, Compensation, Sales Compensation, and HR Tech teams to optimize system functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Required :

• 5+ years of Workday experience with a focus on Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, condition rules, and security configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday Compensation functionality, including salary structures, job profiles, job families, grade profiles, compensation basis, commission plans, allowances, and bonus plans.
• Experience supporting job architecture initiatives , including restructuring roles, job families, and compensation frameworks.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting tools and data extraction, manipulation, and visualization techniques.
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, with a continuous improvement mindset.
