A company is looking for a Gaggle Support Representative to provide customer service and support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve technical problems reported by customers via phone, email, and live chat
Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions related to products
Educate customers on services and assist with implementation and ongoing support
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Proven customer-first attitude and service-oriented mindset
Experience with G Suite and / or Office365 applications
Ability to work full-time with flexible hours to meet customer needs
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
