Here's what you'll do day-to-day :
Serve as the primary relationship owner for designated top-tier clients and partnership accounts, fully owning the relationship and driving measurable value.Establish and maintain a consultative service model that proactively identifies client needs, ensures timely issue resolution, and strengthens long-term relationships.Develop and execute relationship plans for both partners and clients that align with business goals, drive engagement, and support mutual success.Facilitate regular meetings and business reviews to assess performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for service expansion or process improvement.Act as liaison and advocate , connecting clients and partners to the right internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance services.Leverage internal expertise and resources to support client initiatives, resolve challenges, and enhance overall satisfaction.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent communication, coordinated support, and alignment on shared objectives between Dominion Payroll and its partners.Monitor client health and engagement , identifying risks and taking proactive steps to strengthen retention and satisfaction.Position Dominion Payroll as a trusted strategic partner , not just a service provider, by demonstrating a deep understanding of each client's or partner's business model, goals, and challenges.Here's what we're looking for :
3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or partnership management, ideally in payroll, HCM, SaaS, or professional services.
Strong working knowledge of payroll, human resources, benefits administration, and finance / tax ; FPC / CPP certifications are a plus.Proven success managing high-value, multi-stakeholder relationships and driving strategic engagement.Exceptional communication and presentation skills , with confidence leading meetings with client executives or partner organizations.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities , with the judgment to know when to escalate issues.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using CRM and client management tools.Ability to work independently while fostering strong internal collaboration and teamwork.Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous learning.Demonstrated ability to stay informed on industry trends and emerging best practices to enhance client and partner success.Understand, embrace and embody DP Core Values.
