Staff Accountant
The Staff Accountant will ensure operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines, such as FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC / S, ISO, USP, NRC, and cGMP. This role involves reviewing daily inventory reports for exceptions, updating various reports, and managing fixed asset creation and updates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain operational compliance with regulatory agencies and guidelines.
- Review daily inventory reports and resolve exceptions.
- Update zero cost and unit of measurement reports.
- Create and update fixed assets and CIP.
- Manage monthly depreciation and fixed asset schedules using the Sage database.
- Communicate with project managers and update capitalization status.
- Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports.
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements for managers.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in cost accounting and general accounting principles.Experience working with international companies.Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.One or more years of relevant accounting experience.Qualifications
Associate's degree in accounting or a related field, or completion of 4 college-level Accounting courses.Experience with Sage software is a plus.High level of energy and consistent attendance.Work Environment
The role requires working in the office five days a week. The environment is dynamic and requires regular attendance and high energy levels.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
