Molex is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead Molex's global portfolio of ICM products. You will craft and execute the product-line strategy, champion new product introductions, and lead a team to deliver profitable growth.

What You Will Do

Portfolio & Growth Strategy

• Own the longrange product roadmap-segment sizing, competitive landscape, TAM / SAM analysis, and pricing strategy.
• Identify whitespace opportunities (e.g., 2.5GbE / PoE++ ICMs) and create business cases that meet IRR / ROI targets.

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000-$200,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
