Anthropologie is looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to join us for the Summer. This individual is innovative, creative, detail-oriented, and personable with an eye for up and coming brand marketing trends. We are looking for an intern who can provide fresh ideas to reach a younger consumer.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6 / 1 through 8 / 7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Role Responsibilities

• Market research of competitive influencer strategies, relationships, and creative influencer activations / events
• Expand network of Anthropologie influencers via researching and casting of brand-right influencers at the nano, micro, mid, and mega following levels
• Execute influencer giftings inclusive of casting, product assortment curation, packaging ideation, creative opps marketing support, marketing support briefing, merch coordination for landing experience, product ordering and execution of the gifting
• Ideate brand-right campaigns for the Q1 season inclusive of casting suggestions and out-of-the-box elements tied to key product growth categories
• Pull together 360 recapping and reporting of Summer activations, giftings, and project activations
