A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Manager responsible for leading quality performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a subject matter expert for quality management and oversee strategic quality initiatives
Develop project plans and facilitate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful performance improvement projects
Manage regulatory submissions and coordinate quality-related projects to meet compliance requirements
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in nursing, health administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
5+ years of progressive experience in health care or managed care
In-depth knowledge of clinical quality management practices
Experience with Medicaid / Medicare recipients and community services preferred
Lean Six Sigma or CPHQ training preferred
