We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in the USA. This role is critical in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, and efficient shipment management. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse administration, ERP systems, and logistics coordination, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and handling of devices and materials.
- Coordinate space optimization and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Manage ERP entries including Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Inward / Outward entries, and shipment records.
- Accurately update stock movements and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Generate reports for management on inventory, shipment status, and warehouse performance.
- Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) for shipments to ensure product accuracy and quality.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for returned devices and coordinate with technical teams when needed.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly warehouse audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Prepare and execute outbound shipments in line with customer and internal requirements.
- Ensure timely coordination with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and shipping carriers.
- Verify documentation for compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively coordinate replenishments.
- Implement cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance analysis to maintain accuracy.
- Track and minimize losses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Identify areas for operational efficiency in warehouse workflows.
- Assist in automating reporting and inventory tracking within ERP.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams.
Qualifications & Skills
0-2 years of relevant field experience is preferredFamiliarity with IQC processes, GRN documentation, and shipment handlingStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Knowledge of shipping regulations, compliance, and customs procedures (a plus).
