Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Location : Fully Onsite | Monday Friday | 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
Hourly Rate : $24 $28
6-Month Assignment (with potential for temp-to-hire)
About the Role :
We are seeking a junior-level Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. This is a 6-month temporary assignment to provide coverage for an employee currently on extended leave. There is a possibility that the position could become temp-to-hire, depending on future developments.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to gain valuable experience within a stable and growing financial institution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable tasks, including onboarding of new clients and vendors
- Support the Operations Accounting team with various account reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all AP activities
- Maintain records, documentation, and files in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
